1) find a Key opinion Leader (KOL) other name: a thought leader in the disease area of your product
2) engage and have practitioners who participe to comparative effectivenes studies for your product
3) publish and broadcast the results
4) help hospital to become a center of excellence in the disease area of your product
5) establish disease management algorithms
6) invite the payer in a meeting at the hospital (4) with the KOL (1) to present him results of the studies (3) and treatment algorithms (5)
